Most of the trouble on a renovation happens at the joins, where the plasterer is waiting on the electrician who is waiting on the builder, and nobody owns the programme. Running the building work, the structural work, the plastering and the finishing under one roof is what removes that problem.

What happens after you get in touch
The same four stages whatever the job is, from a single bathroom to a whole house.
You tell us what you want doing
Ring or send an enquiry with a rough idea of the job. We will say straight away whether it is something we do and whether you are in range.
We come out and look properly
Measuring up, checking what is behind things where we can, and talking through the options. This is also where you find out what is not straightforward.
You get it in writing, itemised
Broken down by stage rather than one figure, with a programme showing roughly when each part happens.
The work runs, and you hear from us
Stage by stage in an order that does not mean undoing finished work, with anything unexpected shown to you and priced before it goes ahead.
Before you commit
Ask anyone quoting you to itemise it
A quote that is one number tells you nothing. A quote broken down by stage tells you where your money goes, and lets you change the scope instead of abandoning the job.
It is also the only honest way to compare two builders. A cheaper headline figure that excludes the plastering, the making good and the waste removal is not cheaper, it is just less complete. Ours lists those separately so you can see whether they are in or out.

Whole house renovation“Currently renovating my sons house that he recently purchased. It's a project, like homes under the hammer. Discovered a couple of problems during the rip out. Brett came to property and advised on what needed doing to put right. We gave him the go ahead and he has completed the works to a very exceptional standard. Would not hesitate to recommend him.”

Garden and landscaping“Very helpful young gentleman came to my house to give me a quote on some garden work I enquired about came as requested very polite and understood what plans I wanted on my garden even gave me a few ideas of his own which was great because I wasn't 100 percent what I wanted but was very helpful got back to me a few days later with a great draw up and a price which was very competitive which he explained to me bit by bit which was reassuring to me will be booking in very soon A******”
