Who we are
Building, renovation and landscaping under one roof
We trade as Rogers Renovations Building & Landscaping Ltd, based at 15 Pavilion Gardens, Blackfield, Southampton, SO45 1FE. The name covers what we actually do, which is both halves of a property: the building and renovation work inside, and the landscaping outside. A lot of firms do one or the other, which is why so many people end up project managing two sets of tradespeople who blame each other.
The work ranges from a single bathroom through to a whole house that needs stripping back and putting right, plus kitchens, extensions, structural alterations, plastering and full garden renovations. Because it is the same team across all of it, the programme is one programme and the quote is one quote.
We work across Blackfield, Southampton and the surrounding area. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask us, and we will tell you straight rather than take on something we cannot service properly.
How we work
What we will and will not do
Four things we hold to. They are not a marketing promise, they are the reason the reviews below read the way they do.
Say what the job actually involves
Including the parts people would rather not hear. A wall that turns out to be load bearing changes the price, and you are better off knowing that at the quote stage than halfway through.
Price it so it can be read
Itemised by stage. If the number is too big, that tells you which stage to change rather than leaving you to abandon the whole thing.
Finish the last ten per cent
The bit that gets abandoned elsewhere. Snagging, making good, waste away, and a walk through with you before we go.
Keep the same people on it
A small team rather than whoever is free that week. The person who quoted your job is on site doing it.

Whole house renovation“Currently renovating my sons house that he recently purchased. It's a project, like homes under the hammer. Discovered a couple of problems during the rip out. Brett came to property and advised on what needed doing to put right. We gave him the go ahead and he has completed the works to a very exceptional standard. Would not hesitate to recommend him.”
